The JACK Time and Activity Tracking System was developed by Team V Technology specifically for County Public Health Departments. The purpose of this cloud based software is to document 100% of employee time to support claims for Article 6 State Aid and Grants. The JACK time system is designed to conform to the Department of Health Time and Effort Reporting for Department of Health (DOH) Contracts – June 2017 Guidelines.
